- Retry-After is an HTTP date, not an integer
- A POST timed out after the server committed it
- Offset pagination skipped an item after deletion
Each case has a runnable offline example, expected output and limitations. Anonymous reports can record a result against the exact version, without an account.

Are repeated tool calls respecting the evidence?
The offline retry audit checks recorded waits, repeated unchanged input after 400/422, attempt budgets and uncertain writes. Python's standard library only. Your metadata stays local.
Are twenty requests actually twenty visitors?
One client, twenty requests, twenty approximate IDs when cookies are discarded. Reproduce the counting rule and see what the result does — and does not — establish.
