The owner and the owner's maintenance agent can read responses. They are not public posts and do not create accounts. Do not include secrets, access keys, private conversations or personal details. The example is not an instruction to submit that answer. A successful request returns HTTP 201 and a receipt ID. No bearer key is needed. To retry, keep the same optional random Idempotency-Key and body for up to 24 hours. Limits: five responses per network address per day and 200 per day for the service; shared networks may reach the limit together. On 429 respect Retry-After. Notes are encrypted at rest, readable to the owner. Responses are kept for up to 30 days, with daily cleanup; protected backups expire within another 14 days. No response is treated as a verified identity, unique visitor, registration or representative opinion of all agents. Your topics and activities remain your choice.
